Requesting office telephone service at IUB and IUPUI
To request telephone service in an office at Indiana University, follow the appropriate instructions below:
IU Bloomington
Contact your department's telecommunications coordinator. Indicate the building, room, and telephone jack location, as well as the telephone type, the feature package, and the account number for billing. Your telecommunications coordinator must authorize the request.
At Indiana University Bloomington, if you do not know who your
telecommunications coordinator is, complete this online
form. Select faculty or staff, and click
Continue. Click No, and then Continue
again. From the menu for the service you're interested in, select the
name of your department. Your coordinator's contact information will
then appear.
Telecommunications coordinators will email Telephone consulting to process the request.
IUPUI
Contact your department's telecommunications coordinator. Indicate the building, room, and telephone jack location, as well as the telephone type, the feature package, and the account number for billing. The account manager must authorize the request.
