Overview

Duplex printing in the STC computing labs is possible with all Toshiba printers, and should be enabled by default. However, you can change the settings using the instructions below.

Mac

Print from Office

1. Select File > Print....
2. In the dialog box, where "Copies & Pages" is currently selected, choose Layout.
3. In the "Two-Sided" drop-down menu, select Long-Edge binding.
4. Select Print, and then release it at any Toshiba printer or print release station.

Print from an Adobe application

1. Select File > Print....
2. In the dialog box, select Print Settings.
3. In the new pop-up, check Two-Sided.
4. Select Print, and then release it at any Toshiba printer or print release station.

PC

Print from Office

1. Select File > Print.
2. Under "Settings", select Print on Both Sides, flip along long edge.
3. Select Print, and then release it at any Toshiba printer or print release station.

Print from an Adobe application

1. Select File > Print.
2. Select Properties.
3. In the pop-up menu, under "Print on both sides", select Yes, flip over.
4. Select Print, and then release it at any Toshiba printer or print release station.
