The mission of the Student Information System team is to provide expertise in analysis, design, application development, deployment, and support of all enterprise systems used to manage student records data and activities. These systems support prospect and recruiting activities, admissions processing, financial aid processing, registration, advising, degree processing, student billing, and account management and self-service. Additionally, the Student Information System team is responsible for the design and development of content related to student data in the Data Warehouse.

The Student Information System team consists of two development teams:

  • Student Records and Self-Service Systems is managed by Sandy Thompson and supports admissions, student records, academic advising, campus community, and self-service.
  • Student Financials and Decision Support Services is managed by Julie Parmenter and supports financial aid, student financials, and decision support data for both SIS and HRMS.
