ARCHIVED: Executive and Internal Technology Support
Executive and Internal Technology Support (EITS) manages multi-campus 24/7/365 IT support for IU executives and their immediate representatives, serving the President's and Vice Presidents' offices, the University Counsel, the Office of the Provost, and the Board of Trustees. EITS also provides technical support for IUB and IUPUI UITS staff.
Technical support
EITS provides broad computing support, including desktop, laptop, mobile device, and infrastructure support, operating system and application installation and continued updates, IT support for events hosted by EITS-supported staff, and assistance with IU computing accounts and systems.
