ARCHIVED: Problem with viewing Office 2007 attachments on a BlackBerry
Due to compatibility issues between Office 2007 and BlackBerry software, currently you cannot view any document created in Office 2007 with the BlackBerry attachment viewer. This includes documents saved as Office 2003-compatible. RIM has stated that compatibility issues will be resolved with the release of the Service Pack 4 update for the BlackBerry Enterprise Server; according to BlackBerry technical staff, this is subject to change.
