ARCHIVED: When connected to a video bridge conference, how do I control the conference view layout?

When connected to a multipoint video bridge conference, you can control how multiple sites are displayed on your screen.

On this page:


Using a group system (Polycom, Tandberg, Cisco, Lifesize)

  1. On the videoconferencing system remote, press the FAR button.
  2. To cycle through available layouts, press the up or down navigation buttons.
  3. To rotate images within the current layout, press the left or right navigation buttons.

Using a personal system (Cisco Jabber Video (Movi) or Skype for Business/Lync)

  1. To cycle through available layouts, press 2 on your computer keyboard.
  2. To rotate images within the current layout, press 6 on your computer keyboard.
Note:
In Jabber Video (Movi), you can also use the camera control icon, a compass in the upper right of the video window. See ARCHIVED: At IU, how do I configure and use Cisco Jabber Video (Movi)?

Using the Pexip Web App (bridge.iu.edu)

  1. Make sure you have joined the conference as a Host.
  2. Near the top left, click the options menu, which looks like three stacked lines.
  3. Click Conference layout.
  4. Select the desired layout.
