Unlisting your telephone number
At Indiana University Bloomington, individuals living in on-campus housing have the option of removing themselves from the Student Telephone Directory and the campus switchboard. Departments may also unlist office phone numbers as they see fit.
Removing a student directory listing
If you would like your name, address, and telephone number omitted from the IUB Student Telephone Directory or the campus switchboard, you must submit a Student Directory Exclusion Form to the Office of the Registrar. The forms are available from either the Office of the Bursar in FH 011 (Franklin Hall), or the Office of the Registrar in FH 100.
UITS assumes no responsibility for ensuring that your name or number is withheld from the Student Telephone Directory or the campus switchboard.
Unlisting a departmental phone number
Each department has a UITS Telephone Services contact who is responsible for departmental telecommunications matters. If you wish to have your office phone number unlisted, contact the appropriate individual in your department.
