Reserving a Polycom Teleconferencing Unit at IUB and IUPUI
UITS Telephone Services maintains a Polycom Teleconferencing Unit (speakerphone) available for departmental use. The speakerphone is rented on a first come, first served basis.
- At Indiana University Bloomington, reserve the speakerphone in
advance by calling 812-855-2111. You can pick up the unit at the
Voice Services office for a charge of $10 per day. If you prefer,
UITS will deliver the unit to your department and pick it up for a
charge of $20 per day.
- At IUPUI, phone Central Attendant Services at 317-274-3043 to reserve the speakerphone. Conference speakerphones at IUPUI do not have a rental fee.
